QHow do I create an account?▾
Open the app and tap "Sign Up." You can register with your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Set a username and you're ready to go.
QHow do I create a post?▾
Tap the gradient button (post creation button) at the bottom-right of the map screen. You can post text, photos, and videos along with your current location. Choose a category (Now, Deals, Events, Recruiting, SOS) to make it easier to find on the map.
QWhy do posts disappear?▾
"Now" category posts disappear from the real-time map display after 3 hours. Other posts are removed from the map after 24 hours. However, all posts remain accessible from your profile page and timeline.
QHow do I use Direct Messages (DM)?▾
Tap the DM icon in the bottom navigation to open your message list. Tap the "+" button in the top-right to start a new conversation. You can send text, images, and videos.
QHow do I report inappropriate content or users?▾
Tap the "..." menu on the top-right of a post card and select "Report." Choose a reason and submit it — our team will review it. You can also block users, which will hide all their posts from your feed.
QWhat is MyPlace?▾
MyPlace lets you save locations you frequently visit or are interested in. Add places from "MyPlace List" on the search screen, and tap them to move the map to that location and see nearby posts.
QHow do I delete my account?▾
Go to the settings icon on your profile screen and select "Delete Account." This will permanently delete all your data including posts, follows, and messages. This action cannot be undone.
