Terms of Service

The following terms have the meanings set forth below:

• "User" means any individual or entity who registers for and uses the Service.
• "Content" means any text, images, videos, location data, and other information posted, sent, or shared through the Service.
• "User Content" means Content created and posted by Users.

• An account is required to use the Service.
• Users must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
• Users may not create multiple accounts.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account resulting from password disclosure or other security breaches.

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Location Data

As a map-based social network, the Service uses location data to provide core features. Collection of location data requires your explicit consent.

3.3 Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue the Service (temporarily or permanently) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such modifications or discontinuation.

4.1 Ownership

You retain all intellectual property rights in your User Content.

4.2 License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such Content for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This license terminates within a reasonable period after you delete your account.

4.3 Content Moderation

We may remove or hide any Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Engaging in or promoting criminal activities
• Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, portrait rights, or other rights of other Users or third parties
• Registering or posting false information
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or chain messages
• Harassing, threatening, or stalking other Users
• Unauthorized access to or interference with the Service's systems
• Using automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, etc.)
• Using another User's account without authorization
• Using the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Posting obscene, violent, or discriminatory Content
• Engaging in activities that may harm minors
• Any other activities we deem inappropriate

All intellectual property rights in the Service (excluding User Content), including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to us or our licensors. No rights are granted to you except as expressly provided in these Terms.

7.1 Actions by the Company

We may suspend, restrict, or delete your account without prior notice if you violate or are reasonably suspected of violating these Terms.

7.2 Account Deletion by Users

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen. After deletion, your User Content will be removed within a reasonable period. However, we do not guarantee immediate deletion of data contained in backups or logs.

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, security, or timeliness of the Service.
• We are not responsible for any disputes between Users.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, communication failures, or system failures.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of location data.

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages. We shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms with prior notice to Users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
